Built on a simple belief: evidence over promises.
Hyperspeed Technology Services exists because most AI consulting stops at the slide deck. We're the firm that stays for the shipping part.
The firm
HTS is a specialist consultancy focused on the intersection nobody else covers well: rigorous program management and real AI systems engineering. We operate deliberately small — every engagement is led by a principal, and we take on work only where we can move the outcome, not just the paperwork.
- Technical program management for complex, in-production software
- Agentic AI architecture, built and proven on our own platform first
- Delivery transformation for teams adopting agent-augmented development
The principal
HTS was founded by Sean Furey, a technical program manager turned AI-native delivery leader. Sean has led enterprise delivery programs for demanding clients — including a live financial back-office platform where driver pay and client funds depended on getting it right — while designing and operating a production agentic AI platform — three compute planes, 40+ supervised services, 120+ agent-accessible tools — built and run solo by directing AI agents.
- Leads programs hands-on: triage, roadmaps, releases, exec communication
- Architects AI systems and directs agents to build them — the delivery model he helps clients adopt
- Brooklyn-born; based in the U.S.; works with distributed teams globally
How we work
Artifacts or it didn't happen
Status reports reference commits, test results, CI runs, and signed documents — never vibes. If a claim can't be verified against an external artifact, we don't make it.
Candid, never alarmist
Executives get the truth early, framed with options. Problems arrive with a diagnosis and a recommendation — and we're honest when the answer is "you don't need us for this."
Governed autonomy
We're aggressive about what AI agents can do and conservative about how they're allowed to do it. Gates, audit trails, and security discipline are built in from day one.
Talk to the person who'll actually do the work.
No account managers, no bait-and-switch staffing. Your first conversation is with the principal — and so is your last.
